Leo's Coney Island - DAVISON

What happened to this restaurant? I visited today and found hair in my food. When I brought it to the manager's attention, she insisted that none of her staff had long hair. Funny enough, at that moment, three girls with long hair came out of the kitchen. Additionally, the window sills were dirty and covered in spider webs, and there was no toilet paper in the restroom.

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. No one came to take drink orders for a long time, and we waited 45 minutes for our food. Just as we were about to leave, our food finally showed up. When it came time to pay the bill, the cook/manager at the register told me, "I'm busy," and that I would have to wait while they sorted out the till. When I complained about the poor service, I was met with, "Have a good day." I really hope he washed his hands after handling all that money before going back to cook! Service: Dine in.

I ordered an omelette but received pancakes instead. I asked for sausage and got bacon. I also ordered a bagel and was served bacon again. Does this restaurant have any managers overseeing orders before they are sent out, or is it just a lucky guess? Meal type: Breakfast. Price per person: $30–50. Food: 1/5. Service: 1/5. We had a club and fries. The club was subpar and the fries weren't even a handful yet a friend with us ordered a chicken pita with fries and his plate was heaped with fries. Doubt we'll be back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
