Very good, very original but the plates deserve to be a little more garnished. The starter-main course-dessert does not feed the man and it is not even possible to 'complete ' with the bread served in thin slices. The attention of the service and the quality of the meals were impeccable. The staff were welcoming and recommended some very good wines to accompany the dishes. In my opinion, the decoration should be reviewed to create a warmer space (color of the walls, lighting, etc. because such good food deserves it, but that is a question of taste. Lors de la réservation, une petite attention était prévue pour un des convives dont nous célébrions l'anniversaire, mais malheureusement, aucune attention particulière n'a eu lieu.

Un véritable restaurant gastronomique, ce n'est pas courant à Ajaccio, tout était parfait.
