Jollibee - Ajax

I had been eagerly anticipating my first visit to Jollibee after hearing so much hype about their chicken. Unfortunately, there was none available when I arrived, and I was informed I would have to wait 20-25 minutes for it. Instead, I ordered the chicken sandwich combo. The chicken was tasty, but unfortunately, the flavor was overwhelmed by the bun and mayonnaise, so I didn't get to experience the fried chicken as I had hoped. Maybe I'll give it another shot on my next visit. The fries, on the other hand, were lackluster and soggy, likely because they were served in a plastic bag instead of paper. I'm not ready to give up on Jollibee yet, so next time I'll try the fried chicken and choose a different side.

We visited this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite being a bit short-handed. The place was clean and tidy, with good lighting, including in the washrooms. Although there was a slight wait, it was definitely worth it. The food was delicious and served hot.

I ordered the Jolly Crispy 3 Pc Chicken Meal with one side, and I was disappointed. There was more coating and grease than actual chicken, and not much meat to enjoy. The fries tasted like they were just reheated frozen ones. The gravy was also very thin and lacked flavor. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this restaurant.

The fries were cold and stale, so I wouldn't recommend them as a side. Additionally, in the 3-piece Jolly Crispy Chicken meal with one side and a drink, one of the chicken pieces was undercooked, and my drink wasn't filled properly.

It's similar to a typical fast food fried chicken place, but with additional Filipino dishes on the menu. The fried chicken was good, but not exceptional. It had an average flavor with a slightly different recipe.
