Restaurant salmon special is savory…mussels appetizer is huge…bison stroganoff is solid too. Beware of pushy waiters though. They really do a job of up selling the menu.

Must try. Best meats in town and really good desserts as well. Can't miss it if you're in Banff.

Best French onion soup I've ever had. Instead of an oversized watery bowl as i usually expect, it is a reasonable portion that leaves room for other tastes and is reduced to concentrate the flavor.

What a great trendy spot! The bison short rib app is so filling, and all the fish for mains is responsibly sourced. Definitely go for a Canadian wine — super yum.

We had duck wings, bison burger and spaghetti with wagyu meatballs. Everything was flavorful and tasty!
