Hirame Sushi - Aldergrove Langley

Hirame offers high-quality sushi and generous roll portions. The staff is very friendly and hardworking, making it my favorite spot for sushi!

The sushi here is absolutely amazing! The Ika was so tasty that I couldn’t help but order more. I went during the dinner rush, and although it was pretty busy, the quality of the food truly makes it stand out.

This restaurant has consistently provided good quality food, but I feel their prices don't match the actual value. I frequently opt to order from Sushi Mate across the street instead, as their prices are much more reasonable. Is Hirame good? Yes. But is it worth the price? Not at the moment. And it wasn't even back in 2015.

I've been ordering delicious food from Hirame Brookswood for years, but something was off with my order last night. The tuna sashimi was served on a bed of mixed lettuce, which raised some questions. What happened to the shredded Daikon? Instead, they included some small plastic green decorations that I'm not a fan of. In this day and age, plastic is definitely unwelcome. The tempura batter was bland, and the seaweed wrap on the Spicy Chopped Scallop cone was too chewy. I had to spit out the last bit of the seaweed because it wouldn’t break down. I hope this isn't a trend that continues.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is incredibly tasty, the service is excellent, and the staff is all very friendly.
