Tim Hortons - Aldergrove Langley

They go my order wrong and I came back to politely ask for a remake. You would think that if they made a mistake, they would replace it with an empathetic attitude. But no, they try to make me pay for it and are quite rude at the window. No apologies or anything every time. Even though this location gets my order wrong on multiple occasions, i still come here because it is the convenient option. This particular experience has made me never want to come back. Management, do better!

Absolutely no work ethic or pride taken when preparing food these people give you one piece of lettuce on a slack together sandwich and then, when you politely ask them for the tomato that they forgot the attitude that is given is appalling worst customer service for sure

Horrible service, nothing but attitude when i was ordering, and even me repeating my order dident help because they still got it wrong, and it was badly burnt.. once my order was done, he just threw it on the counter for me to grab it.
