Rosati's Pizza - Algonquin

I received a call from the owner regarding my rating, and he was quite upset about it. He apologized for the young lady's behavior, which I do appreciate. Thanks to Sunny, I've changed my mind about giving them my business. Being friendly is free and impactful. I've ordered from here about 5 or 6 times, but I won't be returning because the girl I spoke with on the phone was rude and lacked basic manners while talking to me.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is consistently friendly, and the food is always fresh and delicious. My family and I visit for pizza and wings at least once a week, and we’re never disappointed! I highly recommend this restaurant for your next outing!

The pizza here is delicious, but I've experienced some inconsistency with the Mozzarella Sticks. The menu states that you get eight, but the last two times I ordered, I received only seven, and today I only got six. It seems there's either a counting issue or the menu needs to be updated. It has been a while since I've had to check other options because of this. On the bright side, the customer service was excellent; they called to address the issue and make things right.

Long time customer. Best pizza in town hands down. The wings are delicious and I have loved every sandwhich I've ordered. Fast hot delivery as well! Definitely recommend!!
