J's Grill and Bar - Amarillo

We were heading from Fort Worth to Colorado and stopped in at J’s for lunch. The spinach artichoke dip is awesome as well as the Philly cheesesteak sandwich they have. Highly recommend!

TVs, TVs, TVs EVERYWHERE. If you?re a sports fan this definitely a good place for you. The food is also awesome. A VERY AWESOME place to eat and spend time. Jim the owner is also a great guy. Check out Jimbo?s Pizza, arguably the best pizza in town.

J's Bar Grill was a good place to grab a bite to eat and watch any kind of sports you want. The chicken wings were crispy with sauce on the side. Spouse and I enjoyed the delicious stuffed burgers and they accommodated our diet as requested.

This place looked good. I looked at reviews and everything. But today I came with my family, it was the opposite. Now it could be due to short staff, which is understandable. But for one the waiting for our food took forever, the chicken I tasted wonderful, but my broccoli tasted as if it were not right washed. It was bitter and honest like chemicals that burned my mouth. The waitress was great! Even when we mentioned the broccoli, she offered me other things. I understand the short staff and no help lately, but I wasn't very happy with this choice of food today? sad!

The chicken fried chicken was delicious and the filled burger too! We were thrilled to eat the steak we had seen photos of the reviews, but it is no longer on the menu. Fun bar atmosphere. The kitchen ran back when we left and the bathrooms needed cleaning.
