J'ai commender une poutine meli melo, tres bonne et aussi un hamburger. Jy retourne quand je serai retour dans le coin.

Arrêt fréquent lors de déplacement. Service rapide, cuisine "maison" même si menu type cantine à frite. Propre. Nettement plus personnalisée que McDo adjacent.

Nous étions 3 adultes pour un déjeuner et c'était super bon. Service rapide, personnel souriant, les meilleures petites patates à déjeuner. Si vous passez dans le coin, vous serez satisfaits de la nourriture et a bon prix.

Very good for a quick snack. They pass the poutine test with flying colors: it's excellent. The cheese is a standout. Other meals are very good and prices are reasonable. Wifi is a nice touch. Prices are reasonable and service is quick.

This unassuming restaurant is where you will find a gem of a poutine on your way into the Matapedia gorge. Be careful ! Easy to miss on the road, they have no outside signage to speak of but it's right near the McDonalds on the road. They were featured in the now famous "Moutarde Chou" compilation and that's why I wanted to stop, did not regret it. Super nice service by friendly employees who have fun while working, I ordered Galvaude (basic poutine + chicken + green peas) and every ingredient was perfectly as expected, with a nod to a beautiful rendition for the gravy, and perfectly double-fried fries you can only find in Quebec's outlying region. If you're going this way, Cantine Fortier is highly recommended in my book. Since 1979.
