We like the room Cafe ons House is in. It is cozy and elegant. But the tables for 2 are basically bar tables. Yes, if you are there for a 1 record and a glass if a table wine could pass Tgey. They are too small for a real multi-course dinner. The menu has potential that it had ever designed had good ideas. Nevertheless, there must be more elements on the plate so that the dishes are interesting. The Salmon/Fenel started, we had, had a decent piece of salmon, but the amount of the Fenal-Salat was so discount, it was not a mention in the description. But the biggest dissopointment came with sweet potatoes. I saw the cook prepare the frits and keep under a warming light for at least 10 minutes. When they arrived, they were pathetic soggy. Yeah, we could see that Tgey buried a party next door. But bo one takes care of why they are served sofgy fries. You just let yourself be disappointed. I don't think the cook that ran the kitchen this night will try to claim to the Standard Ons Huis. The service we received from Tina was excellent, and that madeitabitbetter.
