Great rooms just horrible, horrible customer service! The only good service was provided by the manager Amanda. When you pay over 600 for 2 rooms and have multiple swim passes and having one of our parties get treated with such disrespect when trying to get into the pool without a key card, but have full access swim passes. Getting accused of stealing swim wrist bands is just shocking and horribly unexpected and just so rude. Rooms: 4 Service: 2 Location: 4

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4, the service a 5, and the location a 4. This hotel is perfect for families and offers great value for the price.

As for the rooms, the beds were comfortable, though I found the pillows a bit too fluffy for my liking. Overall, the entire facility and its surroundings felt very safe. In terms of walkability, we enjoyed interacting with the friendly goats, who loved attention and enjoyed munching on the dandelions we picked for them. Overall, I would rate the rooms a 4, service a 5, and location a 5. The hotel has great highlights for being romantic and kid-friendly.
