Biggby Coffee - Ann Arbor

Coffee is pretty good but do not go here if you are on your way to work. You will be late.. The weirdo early morning girl with bright yellow hair litterally talks more than works. Waited 10 to 15 minutes for a coffee several times and there was only 2-3 people in line. Too much conversation not enough making coffee...

Was so appreciative of the staff's patience. Had a large confused order they got us together with absolutely great attitudes smiles. Will return if I'm back in Ann Arbor

I'm so not going back to this biggby coffee. I shouldn't be ordering a sandwich and biting into paper that wasn't removed. When I took the paper in all the said is I'm sorry. I understand things happen but that is not cool and the makers need to slow down and pay attention especially when it comes to people eating there food or drinking there drinks.

Stopped for a quick drink... service was great! Price was good! Friends and I sat and chatted while we drank our drink. Friendly servers asked us how things were multiple times.

The staff is always kind here at this location, but they struggle with only one person working the morning shift. At a coffee place, this seems like the busiest time. I waited about 20-30 mins this morning. Line almost out the door. The barista was doing the best she could given the circumstances. But plan accordingly if stopping here.
