The Meat Slicer - Apache Junction

This is likely the best deli sandwich we've had in a long time. Kudos to those who make the bread and to those who assemble the sandwiches!

The sandwiches here are enormous, practically the size of your head! The bread, meat, and cheese are all incredibly fresh and tasty. I usually order the "Slicer Works" sandwich, and it’s definitely worth every penny. The to-go sandwiches are beautifully wrapped and smell amazing, making them perfect for hiking and kayaking. It’s a fantastic family-run shop with incredibly friendly service.

The cheese bread and fresh meat were excellent, and the portions were generous. We ordered one whole Italian sandwich and one Italian beef, both of which were delicious. The prices were great for the quality of food offered.

If you are looking for a sandwich shop to break the monotony of the sandwich order, do not see further The Meat Slicer Deli is all bang for your Buck. The sandwiches are generously cut and very fresh it is a difference that you can really taste compared to chain places. In any case recommend the trip to the meat slicer, you will not be disappointed.

The best sandwich shop in town! Thanks for making my 82 year old Dad a PERFECT turkey bacon avocado on sour dough, the size of the sandwich was the main topic of conversation, and how long it was going to last him lol Mine and hubby's were delicious too!
