Burger King Rustington - Arun

I frequent this Burger King because they serve top-notch burgers and fries that are well-cooked and delicious. I highly recommend it.

I ordered lunch for my family and the burgers were terrible. I can only imagine how long they had been sitting in the heating rack before we received them. The chicken burger was slimy, dry, and chewy, not at all how I like my burgers. (See pictures)

The customer service at this restaurant was awful. The manager was rude, arrogant, and unhelpful. I will never come back after the way I was treated in front of my child. The manager should be fired for her terrible leadership skills.

Daughter has Chickenpox, as a treat because she 's feeling so miserable, I ordered her a kids meal from a well known 'restaurant ' which is literally 2 roads away from us. Predicted 20 minute delivery turned into an hour, and then 90 minutes! Burgers were thrown together in a mess of mayo and cheese all over the place and everything was cold and wet. I contacted ubereats to report cold and damaged food and tried to contact burgerking, whose line goes unanswered. Ubereats replied with thanks for letting us know . I challenged this and they copied and pasted the same response. No refund, no help, shoddy service. And disgusting food quality..food in the bin. Honestly please don 't bother. They have no respect for your money or custom and treat their customers like trash. I 'm having now to claim a refund via my payment mechanism instead. Really dishonest.
