Alchemy Restaurant And Bar - Ashland

Lovely restaurant/bar with elevated cocktails. The cocktail menus changes often and they don't replace the ingredients, so there's no point in posting which ones we liked. We just ordered bread because we weren't very hungry. They served several types of bread with three kinds of butter. We had a very nice time and will return when in the area. Street parking only. Beautiful setting in a lovely Victorian Inn. Food was delicious and our server Molly was helpful and charming. Loved the Witches Kiss cocktail

They don’t need another 5 star review but they are so worth it. Food and cocktails were so good. We arrived late for our reservation, we drove in from out of town and just didn’t time it right but they basically got us a table without a reservation and we’re so glad they did! Restaurant looks well staffed and our server was wonderful. Days later, we’re still talking about the desert!

What an absolutely unexpected delight, we loved this restaurant! I had been meaning to eat here my last several visits to Ashland and finally made a reso in time. Service was attentive, friendly and just the right jokes. We got the diver scallop special and holy cow it was amazing! If its in season when you visit GET IT. My cocktail was the “Are you Figgin me?” And it was well balanced and exactly what I was hoping for! I definitely recommend this gem when in the area.
