They were out of fried rice for my order and they had to make more, but when I got it it was very under cooked. Very disappointing .

I had to arrive at launch time and everything was fine, super, fast, excellent service, very attentive and the food was super delicious

I’m guessing the manager can’t help his staff with the line.

Julio was incredibly polite and asked if there was anything he could do to make our experience better. My husband didn’t want to drive back because he was exhausted and we have little ones at home. Julio kindly offered us the opportunity to exchange our order for another day when we felt up to driving again. Isn’t that amazing? I can hardly believe it! That’s exceptional customer service with a smile! It’s rare to find this kind of kindness, and it almost made me lose hope in humanity and customer service. I wanted to take the time to thank Julio because people are quick to complain but don’t often stop to acknowledge good service. So, thank you! Eating out is a special treat for us, and I really appreciate how Julio handled our situation. Wishing you a Happy New Year, and I hope you get a raise!

The noodles and rice were a bit dry, but the flavors of the dishes were outstanding. We used the drive-thru, and our food was ready right away.
