My goddaughter celebrated her second birthday today, and it was a wonderful time! However, the service could have been improved. The servers were teenagers who still have a lot to learn about customer service.

We always have a great experience here, and it's consistently clean during our visits. If you buy the cups, you can bring them back any time and enjoy free drinks!

This restaurant has seriously declined. The staff is not as attentive as they used to be, and the place feels dirty and unkempt. The young employees seem disinterested in their jobs; they spend more time playing around and texting on their phones than attending to customers. The drinking area was particularly unpleasant, sticky, and unclean. Prices have increased, while service has dropped significantly. The manager appears indifferent to the issues that arise. Despite having a large staff, including managers, there's a lack of effort to improve the situation. Honestly, I think it would be better if they shut down and started over. I would strongly advise reconsidering this place for your child's party, as you may not get your money's worth.

I absolutely love this location! It still features all five animatronics, and the games are incredibly fun! I definitely recommend visiting here!

I held my son's birthday party here last weekend. While we encountered a few initial challenges, Kiana, the manager, promptly ensured that everything got back on track. Overall, the event was a success!
