Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Austin

Manager has a ton of attitude, drive thru was incoherent, and then when i got to the window, i got the wrong food and was denied the right food... I got sus that they spit in my food or something cause it seems like that kind of restaurant but I took the leap of faith and ate the food. Food was dry, small, and bland compared to other popeye's ive tried. Sad store

15 PC chicken order was old and dry,asked for fresh chicken said would be 5 min ,I said ok,was given more of the same old chicken not fresh.i have given this place too many chances will not waste my money there again. Also sodas tasted weird, afraid to think when machine last cleaned. Employees need better management and training ,also cook in smaller batches so stuff not laying there hours getting old and dry.

Popeye's on 2320 E Riverside Dr, Austin, TX 78741 never delivered my food 12:49pm 8/17/2022. And again at 3:40 pm still no food. I called the store the girl hung up on me. I finally got sent an email with my refund but it took me being on the phone for 3.6 hours! I put my apartment number ON thee order, told the driver my apartment number, EVEN told the Doordash CSR my apartment number ... and my food still never arrived. Today was the worst experience ever ever ever!!! I do NOT recommend ordering from this particular store. The Popeye's Website SHOWS your Apartment Number but the people working there do NOT see the apartment number. FIX THAT PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY!!!

This location NEVER delivers food to my apartment even though I put my apartment number on everything 3 times! My apartment is just 4 minutes away (in a car/delivery). I ordered on 8/17/2022 at 12:49pm. I was order 20. I called the store the young lady hung up on me, so I called DoorDash and DoorDash called the corporate office. I *FINALLY* got an email with a refund 4 hours later after being on the phone for 3.6 hours! I will never order from them again. This is the 3rd time this has happened. There will be NO fourth time! I technically NEVER ate from there because the food never arrived... ever! If the workers do NOT see an apartment number on the order, then they need to fix their computers and screens. The apartment number was LITERALLY *on* the order. New Orleans Popeye's is 1000 times better than Austin's Popeye's. FACT! Please. No cap. They folded. They sold. (And all that other young slang)

Drove 15 minutes to this Popeyes location to satisfy a shrimp craving. Arrived at 11:25pm to an empty restaurant and was told at drive through it was closed for the day. You shouldn't advertise its open till midnight on Friday night if you're closed at 11:25pm.
