This cafe has indoor and outdoor seating, with a canopy to protect you from the sun. The menu is simple which is fine and portion sizes are very generous. They have a great cake counter inside which has a large variety of cakes to choose from. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak English too which was lucky for me! Recommend this place for breakfast or lunch or even just a coffee stop. They do fresh juices too

Ovos Moles, very interesting, it tastes like egg yolk with a bit of sugar. It was okay.

Perfect location for a short break after touring the city. It’s a nice place to sit outside in a beautiful day to sip a coffee or snack. However, I’m not too impressed with the Ovos Moles de Aveiro. Probably it’s not for me. The server is super nice and friendly

Extremely unwelcoming for English speaking tourists. No one spoke any English and they seemed very annoyed that we were there. The lady behind the counter even yelled at us when trying to pay our bill and threw her hands up and walked away. We tried speaking some basic Portuguese and she was not having it. Probably shouldn’t have a restaurant on the main strip if they do not want outside visitors. The food wasn’t even good. They didn’t even give me a bun with my burger. We ended up leaving the town because we felt very unwelcome
