Prezzo Italian Aylesbury

Stay away from prezzo. Do not ever go there. Our party of 15 waited an hour if not longer for our food. Which was of a very low standard. One of the chefs also went to the toilet in his apron. We were also told we cannot split the bill as its company policy not to allow this. One positive is their pizza was good

We have always loved dining at this restaurant. Our children enjoy their meals every time we visit, making it a delightful experience for us all. During the lockdown, we ordered takeout from Prezzo, and I’m amazed at how they maintained the fantastic presentation of the food, just as if it were served in the restaurant. Not a single spaghetti strand was overcooked during delivery! The calamari was incredibly crispy, as if it had just come out of the pan.

Last night, I had a wonderful meal at Prezzo. The entire experience felt very safe, and the service was exceptional. Our waitress was incredibly attentive and personable from start to finish. She made excellent recommendations, guided us through our choices, and checked in on us multiple times to ensure we were satisfied with our food and drinks. Her service was so impressive that we initially thought she must be the manager. However, when she brought us our bill, she mentioned that she was new and had transferred from the recently closed Tring branch. She is definitely a great asset to Prezzo! Overall, our meal was spot on, and I truly believe that Prezzo has made significant improvements in the last few months. I can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my 16th birthday. The staff made us all feel welcome despite the existing restrictions, and they never rushed us. The meal was delicious, and we ended up taking a lot home for tomorrow.

Great eating and very friendly staff. the food arrived quickly, although the restaurant was busy. will be back soon.
