In general, it was ok: the food was quick, inexpensive and overall not bad. As a beer lover, I was confused by the lack of draft beer and normal beer glasses. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The idea of a panoramic restaurant at a high altitude is fantastic. I really love that concept. However, I was quite disappointed. I traveled all the way from Riga, as I'd heard great things about it, but when I arrived, I was told that there was a banquet happening downstairs, so no one was available to serve up top.

The highlight here is the panoramic view from the top floor of the tower. That is, if you can actually get there! It was surprising to find that when there is a banquet happening downstairs, the upper floor is CLOSED due to a lack of staff. So, we ended up heading to our favorite spot, where everything was open!
