Monte Christo Tapas Bar - Baden-Baden

I was at dinner with my wife and daughter on the 19th juli. sergio visited us, advised us at the order and was attentive to us at any time. the risotto with red wine, the excellent goat cheese bread. many thanks for having prepared us a nice evening.

We arrived without booking and they could not have been more friendly or helpful. the place was full, but they explained that a table would be available in 5-10 minutes; we smiled and said that was in order, and we immediately got a free glass of wine. sometime between 5 and 10 minutes later the promised table was actually free, and we got a very extensive menu with some unusual tapas dishes. there were so many possibilities that we asked them to surprise us, and (I suppose) the owner said that she would cook us something. all this in the cubes of a very busy Gothic service, which was place full to the edge. I don't know if she cooked it herself, but it was an excellent food. ochsenschwanz, lamm, linsen, Manchego, aubergine. I could go on. probably total a dozen dishes too very reasonable cost. mildly seasoned chicken wings especially recommended. and also very good wein - we continued with the given one that cost about 25 € for the bottle. was inclusive and also great; actually 3 different on a single plate. so nice people; friendly, funny, professional .... and they can also really cook. do not miss.

However, eating is exceptionally good quality and always freshly prepared. very attentive service staff, friendly and very qualified. by cramped space conditions you sit a bit narrow and also has very little private sphere. often, however, are very cumbersome and friendly sitting neighboring and you get into the conversation quite quickly.Despite the small square, the loudness is very damped and you feel very comfortable.Great plus point is the associated weintreatment. tastes one of the wine in the restaurant, you can buy it as a bottle or karton in the adjoining wineshop.

Dinner at an evening on the day before departure in the holiday. we chose the tapas menu: very generous, extra and many dishes. recommended: very friendly.
