Natural Phuket - Ban Ratsada

We had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant in Phuket Town. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic Thai cuisine. Unfortunately, my boyfriend got severe food poisoning and we had to go to a hospital in Bangkok. Regardless, the food tasted amazing! This was our favorite dinner during our trip, even better than the previous night at One Chun Restaurant. The service was excellent, with our waiter being very attentive. I highly recommend trying the braised Phuket pork and the soft shell crab.

Good atmosphere, very relaxing and chill place to have dinner. Overall good food, the crab meat omelette and stir fried garlic pepper pork were great. I really enjoyed my dinner here.

I don’t get why is there 5 star review of this place. They miss out our order for 3 dishes. Serving of dishes was also slow, it’s almost like I was eating at banquet. Taste was average. Service staff was condescending, I don’t get why I have to pay money to get this kind of service. There are much better restaurants in Phuket. Avoid this place if you can. FYI we went on a Monday night, and the tables were not all filled. Even when paying the bill they were super slow too.

Awesome experience. Our waiter Fanta took us all the way to the top floor, even though we went during a not so busy lunch time. For that this place deserves an extra star. We got great recommendations from him. The stuffed potatoes for starters. Literally the best chicken satè I ever had. For mains we had Paeneng Ghai which was just spicy enough and tiger shrimps in tamarind sauce. The green mango smoothie which tastes like apple was a revelation. If you’re in Phuket town you really need to come here. Authentic thai experience at great prices.

Amazing inside with roof top dining. You really feel like you are somewhere in the rain forest rather than busy Phuket. My experience was ok. Chicken Satay was to die for but the rest I wasn't too keen, but that is probably more me than the food. Prices were reasonable though service wasn't up to usual Thai hospitality, as when we needed anything or more drinks we had to keep getting someone's attention and they weren't that busy.
