Can’t believe today took My little boy to town — we are currently potty training and we was in shop next to the cafe in Alhambra...he says to me need a wee ... I said can you hold it and he says no...so I rush to cafe and says can my little boy use the toilet he’s potty training...no it’s customer only so I rushed out saying that fine then I’ll make him do his wee in public...so I covers him up and get potty out...the security guard comes over to me and goes you alright the toilets there and said they weren’t let me use them for him...he couldn’t believe it. They would like a boy to wet himself going to the toilet than just having a heart so I had to stop in public and let him go to toilet and then carry the potty all way through lifts to upstairs because they wouldn’t let him use the bathroom disgraceful.

There was a long wait to be served at this restaurant as there was only one staff member working. Despite being overworked, the staff member was pleasant. It was not until I went to pay that I realized this cafe is part of Masserellas next door, where my toasted sandwich was actually heated. After waiting a while for my sandwich, I asked another staff member how much longer it would be. She quickly returned with the sandwich, but mentioned that it was not fully toasted because I did not want to wait any longer. I believe the management should invest in customer service training if they want to retain their customers.

My partner and I stopped by for a sandwich lunch on a Saturday afternoon last month. When we ordered two sandwiches, we were asked if we wanted chips or coleslaw to go with them. There was no mention of these extras on the menu, so we assumed they were included. However, we were disappointed to find out that they were actually added costs. This made our toasted sandwich and Panini with hot drinks quite pricey for a quick lunch, totaling £14.78 with an additional £1.95 for the chips and 99p for the coleslaw. The food was tasty, but the unexpected charges left a bad taste in our mouths. We won't be coming back.
