This is a fantastic restaurant with exceptionally friendly staff. The portion sizes of the food were perfect—not too large. For our dinner, we dined in and spent around $10–20 per person. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere a solid 4.

Wow! This place is such a brilliant restaurant on ROUTE 66. Barstow is a rough and run down place. From the moment that you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a warm hello. They sat me immediately and within a few minutes I had a cold drink, chips and salsa and chilaquiles with red sauce and 3 over medium eggs with rice and beans. My waitress was spectacular and the owner and others greeted me and checked on me throughout my meal. All for $17.32! I am from Utah but I promise to stop by every time I come through! We went there based on the reviews and the truth is that we didn't eat badly but it wasn't spectacular either. It is a restaurant with Mexican food, we tried a chicken salad that was not bad, some chicken and beef fajitas that were correct and a special house dish that had shrimp with bacon and a chop, but the meat was tough. a stone.
