The food is good and staff members are friendly. The building is very rustic, which is a pro if that's what you seek. It's very dark inside, imagine what the cabin of an old frigate must have felt like and that's about the right theme. Expect long phone holds when calling in an order and long waits in line when you arrive to pick it up. Staff is very busy and it can take a bit for them to get to you.
