The Cheesecake Factory At Westfield South Shore Mall

We had lunch at this restaurant, and the hostess was incredibly rude with no friendly demeanor at all. Our waitress took our order and brought our drinks but then vanished for at least 20 minutes without bringing us any bread or checking on us. Eventually, a new waitress came by, apologized, and brought us some bread. She was the only person in the establishment who seemed to be doing a good job. Given our experience, I doubt we'll be dining here again for a long time.

Oh my goodness! The Classic Basque Cheesecake is hands down my favorite cheesecake of all time. The charred top provided a wonderful contrast to the smooth, creamy center, and the berry topping added just the right touch of sweetness. It reminded me of Italian cheesecake both in flavor and presentation. With each bite, I found myself wanting more. I treated myself to this dessert on National Cheesecake Day, when it first made its appearance. It was the only thing I ordered, and I can confidently say it was a divine soufflé-style cheesecake that felt like it fell straight from heaven. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I've enjoyed the sweet corn appetizer many times before, but this time it took about 45 minutes to arrive and was served cold. I mentioned this to the waitress, and she said she would have them reheated. After another 10 minutes, the same dish came back, but it was still cold. I didn’t want to trouble the waitress again, so I let it go. We finally got our entrees an hour after we were seated. The food was just okay. I understand that sitting down at 9 PM might be considered late, but if there were going to be issues with outdoor seating, they could have informed us. Overall, we shouldn’t have had to wait so long for cold food.

Place is amazing and I was the first vegan customer who came up with vegan quesadilla ok account that they not only have vegan burger but vegan cheese from Chao. This should be called the Vegan Daniel fluffy Torres

Haven't been to Cheesecake Factory in many years Pleasantly surprised- the grilled Tuscan chicken with tomatoes, capers, and artichokes was delicious!
