Giovanni's Salumeria - Bayonne

Everyone was so friendly and friendly! I got a piece of fresh mozzarella to try and it was very good! I have number 1 sandwich. half size is large enough for 2 people. I only ate half. super filling and super fresh. the next day just as fresh. I can't expect to go back and get another sandwich.

Amazing eating. wonderful people. we are happy to drive back to new jersey, just so we can stop for another sandwich!

Old school deli with high quality products and friendly people! You can't just drive like I've been driving over and stopping for years! the mozzarella is bomb

I have absolutely love what I am as good as a brot! that's done in the house. it's my favorite place to get a sandwich. the owner called his fresh mozzarella as Italian bubblegum . I was like, yes, I am Italian, fresh mozzarella is always good. I was impressed over the moon. no wonder that it's deserved awards! if they're a suppe person, they show up early because if nona't here to make it, they want to eat that level of comfort without making it themselves - that is where to get it! eating is excellent because it's all high-quality ingredients perfectly executed! it is always so fresh that you will miss it when you show up too late. Don't do that to yourself.

Giovanni is the heart and soul of this place, and every employee is super friendly! (You 've heard of Minnesota Nice ? These guys are BAYONNE NICE The fresh mozzarella speaks for itself. Close your eyes and you 're in Naples eating fresh mozzarella with the milk running down your arm! Yep! It 's THAT good/ authentic!
