Schlotzsky's - Baytown

The sandwiches here are fantastic! It was my first visit, and I appreciated the unique round shape of the sandwiches. The jalapeño cheesebrot was absolutely delicious. However, I would advise against trying the zimtbons, as they sit out all day and don’t look fresh. Besides that, the staff was friendly, the place was clean, service was fast, and the food was excellent. I will definitely be coming back!

I tried the new Italian calzone, and it was decent. There was plenty of meat, but I found myself missing my usual choice—the deluxe original in medium size. That sandwich is hard to beat!

Nice and clean. Quick and friendly service, hot delicious food! Schlotzky 's could definitely improve their app based rewards program, but the food is great. Doesn 't leave you feeling dirty or disgusting like some other fast food or fast casual dining establishments.

The staff needs better training on how to do their job. I don't like standing at the front, which is separate from the back, so that they do not see who comes in. But I do like the food and the staff was friendly once they realized I was there.

This is the best location in Baytown. I had the original deluxe and it had enough meat on it for once! Stay away from the 146 location that is inside a gas station the staff and food at that location is awful.
