Onkel Ho - Berlin

The atmosphere, the decoration, the food, the quality, the price and staff... I just love this restaurant. It's very clean as well. Nothing bad to say about Onkel Ho.

The food was mediocre at best and nothing special. There seems to be a lot of American expats in the restaurant. I came alone and didn‘t expect much, but I felt the waiter was quite cold to me and was judging me as if I...had coronavirus. He seems warm and friendly to the Americans at the other tables but treated me unfavourably. Do I need to have a German or American passport or look white to have good service? Just saying....I‘d like to be respected and treated equally

Food was excellent, service was very good, athmosphere is great.The waiter gave us some very personal experience with serving chicken broth for free for or daughter who was suffering from a cold . The foof cames ordered and is prepared very well, fresh and real...vietnmamese . The prices for the dishes are reasonable to cheap and you would not expect such a high quality for the price

We had friendly service and good Vietnamese food here. Check out the Daily Specials. The hot-and-sour soup was good and a different interpretation than the Chinese. Prices were very reasonable. Easy walking distance from transit.

You can get decent Vietnamese food for reasonable prices here. Highlights would be that they have a board with specials that change daily. We had a papaya salad and a Pho noodle soup, both of which were authentic tasting. The staff are friendly, the restaurant...offers outdoor seating which is great in the summer, and the interior is cozy and I imagine warm in the winter. Have a go at Onkel Ho if you would like a Vietnamese Fix!
