Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bethesda

I ordered guacamole in my bowl online, but the avocado wasn't ripe enough to be eaten. I suggest the staff at this location do a better job. If the avocado isn't ready, they should say so instead of selling it like that. The guacamole was expensive, and it tasted bitter and sour, which is disappointing. I wish I had checked my order before.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, consistently delicious, and the staff is very friendly.

Consistently speedy and tasty! The new Pollo Asado is mouthwatering. Don't forget to try the watermelon limeade. The staff is also fantastic. Lunchtime can get quite busy around 11:30, so be sure to plan ahead!

Opened my bowl when I got to work and there was a dead fly in it ????????

No stars for this store, we were told they didn?t have change for a $100 bill and couldn?t sell it to us It was 12:00 noon and had no change? I?m very disappointed at this store and the manager because we asked what kinda store is this that we couldn?t buy food Manager ignored us and kept working like whatever so I think that?s rude and disrespectful not being able to treat your customers with respect. In the other hand there?s always some type of crazy way the employees work sometimes things are so clustered that you don?t get what you asked Bad review for the manager and hope that they have someone that can resolve issues not ignore them like if you?re not responsible for the store. If he won?t do hies job then have someone more talented and caring to perform
