Burger King - Bettendorf

We were extremely disappointed with the food at this restaurant. The chicken fries were dry and tasted old, causing my son to vomit. The fries seemed to be cooked in old oil. While the customer service was satisfactory, the food quality did not meet our expectations. This review is based solely on the quality of the food.

The customer service in the morning is not very friendly and they seemed to be rushing us for no reason. At times, the food is not even fresh. I am extremely dissatisfied.

This could be one of the largest and most pleasant Burger Kings I have ever visited. I really liked the play area for children. The staff was extremely friendly. Kid-friendly: The play area for kids is really cute. Wheelchair accessibility: The building is at ground level with no stairs and a minimal slope for entering/exiting.

Very good food. Not a long wait. A customer was mad so he got a free sandwich but there very nice ?

Went so the grandkids could play a little, but the AC WASN'T WORKING in the whole store, but in the play area temperature, it was over 85* in there with temp set at 60* and it wasn't doing ANYTHING grandkids had sweat running down their face just sitting there. Said something, and the employees said they had said something to the higher ups weeks ago and NEVER heard back. Even the dinner room was over 80* would've been more comfortable sitting in the sun. Doubt if we will EVER go back to this store!!
