Thinking that our first experience may have been an anomaly, we decided to give the restaurant another chance tonight. However, we were sorely mistaken. The exact same situation occurred - long wait times, unhelpful staff who were aggressive and dismissive. Although we appreciate the quality of the food, we feel that it is overpriced considering the poor service and lengthy wait times. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I will never go back to this restaurant. The prices were too high and I ended up throwing away most of my meal. The chicken balls were inedible and the sticky beef was also a disappointment. It took forever for our food to arrive. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

The food was expertly packed, arrived steaming hot, and incredibly delicious. The ribs were fantastic, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This Chinese restaurant is now our favorite.

Picked up a takeaway from here on a Friday night. We rang ahead and ordered the food and the guy said it would be 20 mins. I went to the place in 20 minutes to be told the food would be 2 mins. I waited another 15 minutes and the food came out. The food was really nice, I just wish the guy had told me it would be 35 mins so I wasn’t waiting in the shop like a lemon

Absolutely disgraceful food service Ordered take away Awful . Quarter Duck had literally nothing in it . A scraped duck bone charred dry minuscule amount of food in the box Burned chicken satay Pad Thai that wasn’t a pad Thai undercooked noodles hard horrible floating in a gravy like sauce . Called to complain and cannot even describe how bad the customer service was . Worst ever . Kept on hold listening to staff have a screaming match at each other . Shocking food . Shocking service . Ruined evening . Please don’t waste your time money . They shouted at me on the phone aggressively and said they need to call the manager to get off the phone and wait for the manager to call me back . My husband went back to the restaurant and was shouted at an insulted by the bloke working there . He shouted racist English insults at my husband shouting ranting and raving at him . Threw the money back at him and called him a c**t. Absolutely horrendous fighting aggressive staff and terrible food .. Place should be closed down !!!
