Insomnia Cookies - Birmingham

I tried the chocolate chip, chocolate chunk, and birthday cake vegan cookies. They were all warm and delicious, but my favorite was the chocolate chip.

While in Alabama with a group of non-vegans, I was pleased to discover a dessert place that catered to all of our dietary needs, including offering options for the gluten-free member of our group. I tried the chocolate chunk and double chocolate desserts, which were delicious. Additionally, they had a few other vegan options available, such as birthday cake.

My boyfriend and I visited this restaurant twice during our trip. The first time, we ordered the 12 pack of vegan cookies to share with my sister and her friend. We ended up eating all of them ourselves. The next day, we bought a 6 pack of cookies, intending to save them for my sister and her friend, but once again we couldn't resist and ended up eating them all. These cookies are dangerously good.
