I guess we have to make pizza in the house. another restaurant to cancel. absolutely no pride in the satisfaction of the customers and I am sure that the against does not help with it.
No door dash available even though you can order online through door dash. Took an hour and a half to get a refund. Lobby was closed even though I saw several people leave the lobby with pizza.
The staff is really unprofessional and disrespectful. If your talking like that to customers no wonder why you work at little ceasers.
We went here on March 19th, placed our order for pick up, but when we got there, we were told it would be a 30+ minute wait. We were told we could wait or get a refund. We chose a refund, but the woman at the window told us she needed a manager to override the transaction in order to grant our refund. She also told us a manager was not there, but she swore she would process the refund and to call back if it did not show up on our card. We were skeptical, but we literally had no choice. Our food wasn’t available (they were also out of bread apparently), and we also couldn’t be given our refund. We left, and have been calling ever since to get our refund.It is now June 11th, and we do not have our refund for $30 worth of food we never received. The phone call never goes through; it sounds like their phone is disconnected.All we want is our refund, but we have no way of getting in touch with this place. Once we get our refund, I will delete this review.
Not happy on the pricing board outside of the restaurant it had the three meat pizza for $8.99. then it turned it around and the gentleman who answered the drive-thru window charged me $12 when I questioned him on that he said oh yeah they just haven't changed the price yet
