This was a quick visit, but I should have skipped this location altogether. The service was lacking, and the food was disappointing.

The service here is consistently disappointing! Even something as simple as red beans and rice isn't made correctly. The rice is hard and difficult to eat. The drive-thru experience is awful, starting from when you approach the speaker. It's nearly impossible to reach anyone on the phone for assistance. This has been an issue for years, and as a 40-year-old, I can say it's time to shut this place down.

I was towing a trailer and couldn’t get through the drive-thru, but the lady at the window noticed my situation. She kindly signaled for me to pull up directly to the window, where she took my order and assisted me. She was incredibly friendly, and we even chatted and joked while I waited for my meal to cook. The food was outstanding. In today’s world, having someone with a positive attitude at a drive-thru is just as important to me as the quality of the food. She made the entire experience delightful, and I’ll definitely be a regular customer from now on.

Beware they will make you wait on cold and old food went here and waited 30 mins on dry rotted tenders and shrimp...Manager came to the window scolding employees in front of customers(myself) and every one of the women including the manager had on a headscarf or bonnet no not a hairnet but something you sleep in...please get it together smh!

Manager Roosevelt Was An Awesome Server And Manager In 5 Points West Birmingham, Alabama. He Treated Every Customer With Respect And Concern. After Getting His Customers Out And Well Satisfied He Greated Each One Of Us With Words Of Is Everything Alright. IL?ved When He Approached Me He Said Is Everything Alright Ma'.
