Jersey Mike's Subs - Bloomfield Twp

This is the slowest restaurant I have ever been to. I won't make the mistake of coming here again. It's been 45 minutes and I still haven't received the food I ordered online. I might have to leave without it in order to get back to work before my lunch break is over. I'm not happy that I already paid.

I arrived at this location at 8:30 and found the door already locked, despite the posted hours stating they are open from 10am to 9pm Monday through Sunday.

The restaurant is supposed to be open from 10am to 9pm, but when I arrived around 8:20, they were already closed despite there still being workers inside the building.

Food is on point every time. Never messed up an online order, all my online orders were ready on time. Perfect

I love the staff there. They all are really nice and give great customer service ....the food is good too
