Crown Fried Chicken (newburgh)

I ordered spicy wings and fries. The food was hot, but the wings were more salty than spicy and quite crunchy. The service was excellent, and the restaurant was clean with an inviting atmosphere. I would return, but I would skip the spicy special next time.

As an UberEats driver, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The owner generously offered me a complimentary piece of chicken after I mentioned how incredible the aroma was inside. It was absolutely delicious and definitely not a small portion. I really appreciated his kindness toward delivery drivers. I would rate it a perfect 10/10!

I've been visiting this restaurant on and off for over three years. Recently, I tried to exchange some mashed potatoes and gravy because they didn’t taste fresh. The guy behind the counter first told me they were made two days ago (which isn’t fresh), then claimed they were made the day before. He ultimately refused to exchange them, even though I had just left the store less than five minutes prior.

Local favorite? While I recognize that many folks enjoy bone-in chicken, I strongly suggest giving the spicy grilled chicken sandwich a try. Food quality: 5/5.

I ordered hot wings and a Pepsi from Grubhub, and I was disappointed when the delivery arrived in a bag that was falling apart. The fries were overly stiff, and the hot wings were more salty than spicy. I also had no idea that they don’t include any dipping sauce unless you specifically ask for it. To top it off, the can of Pepsi came without a straw. I really should have checked the reviews before deciding to order from them. Goodbye, Crown Fried Chicken—I'm done.
