Hardee's - Blue Springs

Good crew and fresh food. The fries could have been better.

The drive-through was quick, the chicken strips were fresh and hot, and everyone enjoyed their meal.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 1/3 lb thick burger. Both sandwiches were not very big and I thought they were pricey for what we received. The taste was okay, but not something I would order again. I used to love Hardee's, but the quality is not what it used to be.

On Saturday, July 23rd, at 9:30 PM, I drove through the drive-thru, but no one responded to the intercom or the phone when I called. I couldn't see any staff members around. I called the Lees Summit location, which was open, and they mentioned that the Blue Springs location should also be open, assuming they had just closed early. I waited and noticed three employees returning from their break; they saw me but quickly went inside without acknowledging me. I drove around a few times, thinking they might just be busy or unaware of my presence, but no one came to assist me, even though I know they saw me. It was disappointing and seemed like a lack of effort from the staff.

Every time they get our order right and for a family of seven, this is a big thing. They are also always sweet, although I know that it is stressful to make food in a short time. My favorite place to eat and best customer service hands down.
