I ordered food and paid at the kiosk, but I ended up waiting longer for the manager to give me a receipt than for my food to actually arrive.
The restaurant is consistently unclean and often gets orders wrong—I had mine mistaken three times during one visit. Moreover, it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get your food.
I had a really disappointing experience at the drive-thru. The only interaction I had was when my order was taken, and even then, the staff kept asking if my order was complete with each item. The employees were quite unfriendly. The woman at the first window didn't even make eye contact with me; she just handed me the payment machine without saying anything and closed the window. I didn’t receive a receipt, and I wouldn’t have had time to ask for one anyway. When I got to the second window to pick up my order, I waited another five minutes without a single greeting or goodbye. They just handed me my order and that was it. The customer service at this location is practically nonexistent. To make matters worse, I found out that a fork was missing from my bag. (I don’t have a receipt as proof of my visit, but I was there on August 23 at 9:15 PM.)
The self-order kiosks often run out of paper, and there are flies buzzing around the ketchup station. It's an average spot, but certainly not the best!
