Subway - Bonita Springs

I advise against ordering for delivery as they partner with DoorDash, and unfortunately, our DoorDasher ate half of one of our sandwiches before bringing it to us. Both the restaurant and DoorDash are pointing fingers at each other and refuse to issue a refund.

I visited the restaurant tonight at 7:14 PM on Saturday, February 19, 2022, and found the door locked. There was one employee behind the counter and another staff member in the dining area, but they seemed disengaged. Three of us were waiting outside the door, and when I knocked, the person at the counter ignored us. This is unacceptable; they definitely need to reconsider who they have working there. You missed out on potential business tonight!

I understand and speak Spanish fluently, but if I choose not to speak it, they get upset since their English isn't great. I can also hear them gossiping in Spanish behind the counter. I typically work long 12-14 hour days, and when I finally get a break for lunch, I want to enjoy a simple meal. I ended up leaving and got food somewhere else instead. These are just a few of the issues I've experienced. I really want to start enjoying Subway again for lunch, but at this point, I'd rather go hungry.

Have been here many times to get subs, but recently started getting protein bowls at other locations. They're pricey but you get a decent amount of protein for what you pay...except at this location. They have the chicken pre-measured in silicone trays thatare HALF the size of every other subway I've been to. I get more protein from a McChicken. Disappointed and now hangry. Will notbe returning. FALSE ADVERTISING!! If it weren?t for the friendly service, I would rate lower. They advertise a Steak Cheese Melt, which is billed as being pressed in a hot sandwich press machine. The in-store signage shows a sandwich with grill marks that hadobviously been pressed in a panini. They offer to do this to any footlong for an extra $1. Enter the scam. They smoosh yoursandwich by hand the toast in the same everyday speed oven they use for everything else. Save your money. Just have them toastyour sandwich for free, it?s the same thing.
