Gustaf Wasa Best Western - Borlaenge

I am really happy with the personnel. A few days ago we rented a car and were given the wrong instructions to pick up the car keys. Even though we were not guests in this hotel the personnel helped us with contacting the car agency and finding out where we had to go. Thank you so much, you made this unpleasant experience bearable!

Hotel was very convenient for skiing at Borlange. Rooms were clean, tidy and had what you would expect for a hotel. We were able to get a good deal on price so no complaints there. Breakfast was buffet style with a good range of food. Only downside was that the staff seemed generally disengaged which didn't help with getting settled in and finding amenities initially. Not a big deal in terms of the stay which was pleasant.

Not much to say, just that I enjoyed my stay here, awesome bkfst, clean, friendly staff. Location okay for those who have a car!

A nice hotel in Borlänge where I have stayed several times during the past years. It´s not a WOW experience but you have everything you need and the staff are really friendly. Free parking, Wi-Fi, gym, sauna and swimmingpool is great. The restaurant Broken Dreams have great food and really. And I mean really a lot of different beers from local breweries in Sweden. That thing add something is extra if you are found of beer. If you plan to stay in Borlänge I think this is the best option.

Good location, good service, great deal of option for beverages at the restaurant and great breakfast and good rooms. What can be better, well restaurant only open at the evenings so no chance to eat between 11-17. The gym is okay, but nothing special. Long story short i would book here again.
