We enjoyed a degustation at The Press Shop while were in Bowral for a few days away. Our meals were delicious, particularly the gnocchi, the cauliflower dish and the sourdough to start. We also loved our dessert! The staff were so knowledgeable and hospitable. We would love to come back

This cafe is very special because chef Nathan West is so passionate about using local produce. I am a regular and will be back for more. Not many chefs will go to the trouble of sourcing their products from small growers because it takes extra time and effort but when they do it is great. It is also nice to read about the local growers on the menu. The gnocchi was the best I have ever tasted!
