Wimpy's Diner - Brampton

We visited this restaurant for brunch and were in a bit of a rush, but Jen made it all come together perfectly! Although we only had half an hour, she ensured that our experience was nothing short of amazing. Not once did she complain or make us feel hurried. Instead, she took the initiative to get our order out within minutes. Jen sets a remarkable example for others! She is a true professional, treating everyone with kindness and putting our needs first. Even with the fast pace, she kept a warm smile on her face, making us feel welcomed and appreciated. In these challenging times, it's refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about others—people like Jen are exactly what we need more of in the world. We highly recommend visiting this Wimpys location for an exceptional experience, and it’s definitely worth stopping by just to see Jen. Thank you so much, Jen, for being amazing!

I had an incredibly disappointing dining experience at this restaurant, and I strongly recommend that you avoid it. I'm usually excited to try new places, but this one was really among the worst I've encountered. The bread was stale and lacked any sauce, the chicken was overcooked, rubbery, and seemed old. The onion rings were both greasy and stale as well. The desserts were especially underwhelming; the cheesecake was served warm instead of chilled and had an off taste. The cinnamon bites were unappealing and overly packed with batter. Overall, this is easily one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. It's hard to see how Wimpy's could improve at this point. In my view, this place should be permanently closed. Just steer clear!

We began Valentine's Day with a lovely breakfast at this restaurant, as my girlfriend wanted to try something new. I ordered the Southwest eggs benedict, while she went for the fish and chips. Both dishes were fantastic! I had to add a bit of salt to the fries because I enjoy them salty. The portions were much larger than what the pictures online suggested. Our waitress, Jennifer, was wonderful and even took some great photos for us. I've been to the Guelph area before, where they had an impressive selection of hot sauces, so I was a bit disappointed by the limited options here, as they only provided ketchup and Tabasco. Overall, it was still a great experience!

The food was enjoyable, and the atmosphere was great. The service was satisfactory as well. The prices were a bit underwhelming, but overall, I left the experience feeling pleased. I recommend trying the Southwest dish.
