Shabuhouse - Brisbane

Winter in Australia is a perfect time for some hot soup. I long for hotpots or shabushabu anytime during a year, but especially when it's cold outside, I don't know anything better than full pot of flavorful broth. I have been in Shabuhouse both for lunch and dinner. We had group of friends dining together or it was just two of us. Great bang for buck! For 33 dollars you get an all you can eat buffet. You have your own pot of soup each and add any veggies or meats you like into the broth. The sushi was great but I found that some of the less popular flavours rolls were dry and had potentially been sitting out for a while. Other than that it was great.

Best hot pot place in the city, great service and easy to find. It is great for any reason.

I think it may be the best hot pot in CBD area. The price on Saturday noon is inexpensive.

Not the best but it's the only shabu shabu (hot pot) in the city.
