The oysters had a balanced brine and the flavor really shone through. They were served with a selection of condiments including mignonette, cocktail sauce, lemon, and tabasco. I prefer my oysters plain, maybe with a little lemon or mignonette, and I found the mignonette to be a nice touch. For appetizers, we had the Hamachi Crudo which was incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, as well as a Beet Salad which was also excellent. Our main courses were the Chilean Sea Bass and the barely seared Yellowfin Tuna, both of which were outstanding. We also ordered a side of asparagus which was the best we've ever had. For dessert, I had the housemade Kiwi Lime Pie with ice cream and my wife opted for the decadent oversized brownie with ice cream, dark cherries, and sauce. Both were delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend Jules. While some may find it a bit pricey, we felt it was well worth the value. Our server, Jacob, was exceptional and truly enhanced our dining experience. Make sure to check out Jules for yourselves; it exceeded our expectations.
The food is always cooked to perfection although it felt like it took a little longer for our meals to come out.
The interior of the restaurant was very stylish and the atmosphere was wonderful. The presence of a projected old movie reminded me of my favorite bar in Kensington, adding to the great mood. Overall, everything was excellent! While it may be a bit expensive, the food was beautiful and delicious.
The food is the star here. Great recipes, high quality ingredients, and healthy modest portion sizes make for a memorable dining experience. Can't remember a better meal at any other restaurant in the Bucks County/Princeton area.
Food is simply the best. The attention to detail is everything you expect.
