The manager and employee raybull was rude and disrespectful. Did not want to honor the $2.00 special of new beverages although it's posted all day. Embarrassed me in front of other customers.
They always let me try many flavors. It’s pretty good service. The ice cream of the month is always interesting.
Today was one of the worst day.. I ordered a 1 scoop birthday cake from baskin-Robbins on 230th street.. I told the worker that I want 1 scoop and the cashier girl was open so I went to pay and used Apple Pay to pay for the ice cream which is $2.99 plus tax equals $3.26… why once my friend pays for her 1 scoop also payed with Apple Pay.. the guy that took our order ran outside and said I didn’t pay.. I said “what are you talking about… I have it on my phone…” he then said “ok sorry”.. … – show
