Cockroach in food. My friends and I heard about this place online and decided to give it a try. We ordered a variety of dishes and were enjoying our meal until halfway through when I discovered a disgusting COCKROACH mixed in with my salad and sauce. I have never felt such disgust in my life. I called the restaurant and requested to speak with the manager. After explaining the situation to the staff, they refused to let me talk to him and even provided me with a false name and number. After a lot of effort, we finally managed to reach the manager, who informed us that they had used pest control the night before to eliminate the roaches, and one had ended up in my food. Now just imagine what might have happened to all the other dishes they prepared afterward. Because of this experience, I'm now afraid to eat at any other restaurant.

I've never had a truly bad taco before, but I have to say I was disappointed with my experience here. Last night, I ordered nine tacos—three bistec, three al pastor, and three chicken—for a total of $31.50. Honestly, both my boyfriend and I would rate it a solid 2/5. Maybe it was because we got one of the last batches of the night, but the protein was dry and lacked flavor. There was also no guacamole on any of the tacos! Either they completely forgot it or ran out without letting us know. Of the three types, the al pastor was probably the best, but it still could have been improved. I likely won't return unless we're craving some Mexican snacks or beverages. On a positive note, the cat in the restaurant is incredibly sweet and affectionate; it greeted us by the kitchen in the back.
