Le Blaireau at Careys Manor

I frequent this restaurant for their views and patio seatingI felt safe while dining during COVID.

The food here is great! Water's Table is the perfect spot for a nice dinner, and their brunch is phenomenal too! The staff and service is always wonderful,

We have been to this restaurant many times over the past three years while staying at Careys Manor and it consistently delivers an excellent product, excelling against its competitors of the Cambium Zen Garden restaurants often offering services that the other two do not ie Cocktails. The staff are attentive do not push promotions unlike in the Cambium. Even with the Covid situation the overall experience was as good as ever

Excellent, as ever, despite the rigours of the Chancellor’s subsidy. Great food and wine in a calm peaceful French style bistro setting

The main courses were brilliant! We didn’t like the olives we had as nibbles however with the mains, my boyfriend thought they were the best fries he’d ever had
