Their food never disappoints. My go-to is the vegetable wrap, and it is so delicious. The customer service is excellent. Thank you to the team at Fresh and Healthy 187 for consistently great work. I would rate the food 5 out of 5.

I have had several experiences at this restaurant over the years, but my most recent visit will be my last. I need to share the incident that frustrated me. I have accumulated multiple free juice cards, some of which are in my wallet and will now go unused because of how frequently I purchase juice here. Whether I am with my family of 10 or by myself, I typically buy at least 10 juices per visit. I handed a free juice card to the server as usual, expecting a free juice in return. However, the server swapped the cards and claimed that the card actually entitled me to a free salad, not juice. When I returned the next day to explain, they refused to listen, insisting that the card was for salad, not juice. In a rush, I handed over the card and took my juice, but the server then followed me out of the store and down the street to where I had parked, which left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable. When I ordered more juice through Grubhub on a separate occasion, they threatened to take my money without giving me the juice. Fortunately, I had recorded the incident, as there have been many similar situations in the past. I can no longer frequent this restaurant for fear of my safety, and my family will also be avoiding it. I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of another juice spot in the area. I hope this clarifies my experience and prevents anyone else from encountering similar issues at this establishment.

I gave this restaurant 4 stars because the food is delicious. However, the staff who answer the phone could be a bit more attentive. It would be more professional for them to answer the phone and state the business name. The delivery is a bit slow, but the food itself is excellent, receiving a 5 out of 5 rating.

I have enjoyed a number of good orders from this place, but more often than not the Tuna Melt Panini has been very soggy to the point it is difficult to eat.Restaurants generally try their best, because it is in their best interest to keep customers, but despite my many order notes asking for a sandwich which was not soggy after receiving soggy sandwiches, I continued to be ultimately disappointed.I usually order on UberEats, so for the first time after a number of missed notes on my orders I called the store. In response to my disappointment they held the driver responsible, though the driver arrived early for my most recent order.I called again and was endlessly put on hold without being told why. I asked to speak to management, but my request was not granted.I cannot give this place one star because in my view that would be very unfair to the number of times they got the order right. I want to keep supporting this restaurant, but nobody has told me in any way that something will be done moving forward, that my voice has been heard.Therefore, I think it is fair to give this restaurant three stars overall. If I had to go up or down one I would give them the benefit of the doubt with a four star rating, though I am not sure they are acting in ways which could help me do that.I hope that other users have a better experience and want to be clear that otherwise the food appears to be good, so they can go no lower than three with me since I have not tried all of the menu.As with all restaurants they are doing their best and I greatly appreciate the orders which went well.

I love this place l go as often as l can in the mornings before work for my freshly squeezed OJ. My OJ is always on point and when l have bought food it's been really gd. Service is gd tooFood: 5/5
